| Details: | This is a great place for ladies to clear their heads, strengthen their hearts, muscles and fellowship. There will be opportunity to pray for everyone’s personal prayer requests along with the specific requests of the Gateway family. This activity will help develop friendships that will challenge participants to grow spiritually and physically. Each person is free to walk at their own pace and come and leave as needed. There is no running allowed. |

| Valerie and her husband Mike have four children. They have lived in Ramsey for eight years and have attended Gateway Church for two years. Very soon after choosing Gateway as their church, Val and Mike joined a Life Group and began building relationships. Life Groups and other activities outside of Sunday church services have helped them feel a part of the Gateway family. |
